Fresh From The Markets

These carciofi (in italian)/ artichokes (in english) are fresh from the markets this morning, straight to my kitchen. These beautiful darlings, after being cooked very slowly with some olive oil and a little garlic will be perfect with some pasta for lunch with a sprinkling of parmigiano (parmesan cheese)…..buon appetito!!
